Offer free shipping on recovered carts

Turn this on to waive shipping charges when a customer comes back through an abandoned cart recovery link and completes their order.

Before you start

Abandoned cart recovery must be turned on. See Send abandoned cart recovery messages.

How to enable free shipping on recovered carts

Step 1: Go to Settings → Abandoned Checkouts.

Step 2: Check Offer free shipping on recovered orders.

Step 3: Click Save.

Note

Abandoned orders are only created if the customer entered a valid email or phone number, and only after 15 minutes from abandonment. They are created as draft orders on your store with the tag neo-abandoned-cart.
