By accessing our website or installing any The Neo Apps Shopify application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

The Neo Apps provides Shopify app development, theme customization, store development, and ongoing support services. Individual apps listed on the Shopify App Store are also subject to Shopify's own App Store terms and policies.

3. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Resell or redistribute our Services without prior written authorization
• Use our Services in any unlawful manner or in violation of Shopify's policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks related to our Services

4. Shopify App Usage

Our Shopify applications only access the store data and permissions you explicitly approve during installation. You may revoke this access at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Comply with all applicable laws and Shopify's policies
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs on your store

6. Fees and Payment

Pricing for our published apps is listed on the Shopify App Store, and pricing for custom development work is set out in individual proposals. Recurring app charges are billed through Shopify's billing system and are subject to Shopify's refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Neo Apps retains ownership of all content, source code, and designs associated with our Services, excluding your own store data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Neo Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of our Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use of our Services at any time.
